Of course, we also attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and compliance with these data protection regulations when you apply for a job with us. Since this can also be done unsolicited via our website, we would like to inform you here about data protection in the application process.

Any personal data, including any personal data contained in the attachments, which you make available to us will only be collected, processed and used for the purpose of processing your application. Access to this data is only granted to those persons within Qinlox Consulting GmbH who are necessary to fill vacancies and, if applicable, selected employees to ensure proper technical operation (system administrators). The obligation of our employees to maintain data secrecy ensures that your data is treated confidentially. You are also entitled to all rights, such as the right to deletion, the right of revocation or correction of your data, within the scope of the application process. The legal basis for the processing of your application data is Section 26 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BDSG 2017.

If you do not initiate the deletion of your application data yourself, they will remain stored for up to six (6) months after completion of the application process. This period applies to each of your applications and begins anew with each subsequent application.
